Refund policy

If Clareo Plus isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and you get a full refund. That covers your first payment and every renewal.

Bought on the web

Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of the payment, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our merchant of record, returns the money to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

A refund ends Plus for that period and cancels the subscription, so you are not charged again. The first idea of every book stays free, and your library, saves and progress stay as they are.

Bought in the App Store or Google Play

Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through them, under their own rules. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through your Google Play order history. If you have trouble, email us and we will help.

Cancelling instead

Cancelling stops the next renewal and doesn’t refund the current period. You keep Plus until the end of the time you paid for. How to cancel is in the Terms of use.

Your legal rights

This policy comes on top of your rights under consumer law and doesn’t reduce them. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, it also covers your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
